Cardinal 8 business advisory was established in 2021 with the aim of providing business consultancy services to organisations. The corporate governance team has over 15 years of experience in the fields of corporate governance, business coaching and legal and compliance.
Meet Masechaba
Sandamela-Chifunyise
Ms. Masechaba Sandamela-Chifunyise (Chabi) is an admitted attorney, having graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees from Rhodes University, South Africa.
15 Years Experience
Having developed a career in the corporate space for 15 years, she has gained experience in executive decision-making, business strategy development and implementation & corporate governance. She completed the Professional Business Coaching with the Gordon Institute of Business in 2017.
Her expertise are in, entrenching and advising on corporate governance principles, business coaching, legal, compliance, risk mitigation and imparting a value-add mindset in all business interactions. She has experience in corporate law, people management and has served as a director in private companies. She has also gained experience in the telecommunications, agricultural and forestry and saw milling industries, both locally and internationally.
She has extensive experience as a corporate executive and has been part of a team that has overseen operations in South Africa, Mozambique, Burkina Faso, the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Chile, Colombia, Peru, the United States and India.
She has interacted with and provided governance advice to local and international boards as well as various sub-committees, namely the Audit and Risk, Remuneration, Nomination and Governance, Social and Ethics, Research and Development and Research, Health and Safety and including Technology and Environmental committees.
